When Steve & I gave birth to Willow and brought her home, I knew that I wanted to make our home life a little more rich and a lot more efficient. So, I started expending some serious time and energy into couponing, meal planning and other efficient ways of living.
Never one to go through a journey alone or hoard valuable information, I figured I would start sharing this information with all of you!
Starting this week, I’m going to be sending weekly e-mails out that contain our meal plan for the following week and how I’ve put it together with what is on sale that week. The information will REALLY apply to people in and around Ottawa, Ontario, Canada BUT you can still use the meal plans for ideas and general planning when a specific, central food item goes on sale in your area.
The e-mails will also contain information on couponing, good deals and I may even start doing some coupon trades! Basically I want to share the information via e-mail as I know not everyone has time to watch each of my videos individually and get the information that way.
